オプト社長とリークアンユーさんの提言

オプトの鉢嶺社長が新聞、ブログにて1億円報酬の開示について

コメントしておりました。

「もらいすぎ」に対する制約で、デメリットの方が大きいとのコメント。

それよりも、その先に書いてあったこと、

■米国では、起業家企業は雇用の87％を生み出していること。GDPの半分近くを

　生みだしているということ、

　さらに、リークアンユー氏（シンガポール初代首相）の書物の中の

・・・・「成功したい、優秀でありたい、人よりうまくやりたい、報酬を増やしたい、大きな賞をとりたいと願う個々の本能を抑えつけるやり方で、より良い暮らしなどできるだろうか？そのような社会主義的考えの国が繁栄しただろか」・・・

という文章を引き合いに出しておったこと、に目を引きました。

 

ずいぶん前に、このブログで、黒川清さんが書かれた「イノベーション思考法」という本を

ご紹介しましたが、ここにも当時のIBM会長のパルミサーノ氏が提唱した「イノベート・アメリカ」

を引き合いに出し、「イノベーションが一国の国際競争力の源泉であり、豊かな将来を約束する」と

提言しています。

 

ところで、実は証券市場において、比較的緩い上場基準を発表する予定であったが、

先日のF社の粉飾により、それが見送られた、という話があったようです。

事の真相はわかりません。しかし、この国が、人が成功して結果的に

多額の報酬を受けることを、悪ととらえているようでは、イノベーション（＝経済的活性化）は

生まれず、結果これからの子供、孫の世代が貧しく暮らしていくことの可能性が

高くなっていくことを、本当に望んでいるのでしょうか？
